The International Construction Conference sponsored by Tytanium occurred on October 29 2007 at the European Institute in Lodz: "Projekty rewitalizacji a fundusze strukturalne UE i Partnerstwo Publiczno-Prywatne" "Renovation Projects vs. structural funds of the E.U. and the Public-Private Partnership".

The Conference was part of "Open Days", the most important event in regional politics, occurring periodically in Brussels, organized by the Committee Of The Regions.

The Conference was aimed at: the territorial board representatives, the directorate of construction and planning companies, urban architects and city planners, financial institutions, representatives of law offices and consulting companies. 

The exchange of experiences pertaining to renovation is presently one of the more significant topics concerning the European partnership. Renovation projects are becoming progressively more frequent within the developmental strategies of Polish cities and communities. Thanks to their successful implementation we are improving not only the attractiveness of the surroundings occupied by inhabitants, but also the condition of the natural environment, where as the community boards are acquiring new territories for investments.
